These terms apply to getdocsinorder.com and the DocsInOrder plugins, provided by Kapany Technologies Inc., operating as Strand Systems ("we").
Software licence
DocsInOrder and DocsInOrder Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, like WordPress itself.
Pro licences
- A Pro licence gives you updates and support for one site for the period you paid for. It renews yearly until you cancel.
- Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller, and are also subject to its purchase terms shown at checkout.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your WordPress site, its security and backups, and for the client data you collect with DocsInOrder.
- You must have the right to collect the documents you request, and handle them according to the laws and professional rules that apply to you.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as described in the GPL. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
